The Students in Business Program helps students start their own business. The program offers business loans (up to $5,000), training and counselling to help students start and expand businesses. Since 2004, hundreds of Nova Scotia students have participated in Students in Business and the success rate holds at 96%!

Take advantage of all the Students in Business Program has to offer and be your own boss. There  are SIB Outreach Facilitators and/or Delivery Agents located throughout the province. Just click here to access your local Outreach facilitator! Give them a call; they will be happy to help!

There are four steps to the application process: 1. Read the program Guidelines. 2. Fill out the Application 3. Complete a Business Plan 4. And drop off or mail your application to the nearest Delivery Agent.
